Yunity's batteries typically last 8-12 months with normal usage (8-10 unlocks per day). The actual battery life depends on usage frequency and environmental conditions. You'll receive low battery notifications well in advance through the app.
What happens when the battery is empty?
Don't worry! Yunity features a backup micro-USB port that allows you to power the lock temporarily with a portable power bank. Additionally, you can always use your traditional key to unlock the door manually.
