    The lock provides a low-battery warning. Please replace all batteries promptly. If they die completely, a backup power port on the bottom of the external lock allows you to use a power bank for temporary access. Replace the internal batteries immediately afterwards.
  • What is the typical battery life?
    Under normal usage conditions, the batteries typically last approximately six months.
  • Can I still unlock the door with my fingerprint if I have a finger injury?
    Severe injuries may affect recognition. We recommend registering multiple fingerprints during initial setup as a backup.
  • Can the fingerprint imprint left on the sensor be copied and used to unlock the door?
    No. The lock uses live fingerprint detection technology, which cannot be unlocked by a copied fingerprint.
  • How do I add or delete fingerprints?
    You can easily add and delete fingerprints directly through the mobile application.
  • What should I do if fingerprint recognition is occasionally unsuccessful or insensitive?
    Gently clean your finger and the fingerprint sensor. Ensure your finger covers the sensor properly and try multiple times. When registering, scan the same fingerprint from different angles, or register multiple fingerprints from different fingers.
  • Is the fingerprint sensor waterproof and fog-proof?
    Yes, the lock has an IP65 waterproof rating, similar to many smartphones. For optimal performance, please ensure your fingers and the fingerprint sensor are completely dry during use.
  • How many fingerprints can the lock store?
    The lock can store up to 100 fingerprints.
