Clean your finger and the fingerprint sensor. Ensure your finger is placed correctly on the sensor and try several times. When registering a fingerprint, try scanning it from different angles, or register multiple fingerprints from different fingers.

The BS lock has an IP65 waterproof rating, similar to commercially available mobile phones. However, to ensure optimal sensitivity, please keep your fingers and the fingerprint sensor dry when using it.
