If I don't use the padlock for a long time, will the battery deteriorate?
Yes. Please note the following for long-term storage: Recharge the battery promptly when you receive a low-voltage alert. If the padlock will not be used for an extended period, it is recommended to recharge it at least once every three months. -
The shackle won't lock when pressed down. What's wrong?
With the shackle open, briefly press the fingerprint sensor. This returns the motor to its starting position, allowing the shackle to lock properly when pressed. -
How many administrators can be registered?
The first three registered users are set as administrators. For better management of the padlock, it is recommended to register all three administrator slots. -
How do I add or delete a fingerprint?
Press and hold the setup button to either add or delete fingerprints. -
What should I do if the fingerprint reading is occasionally unsuccessful or insensitive?
Clean your finger and the fingerprint sensor. Ensure your finger is placed correctly on the sensor and try multiple times. When registering a fingerprint, try scanning it from different angles, or register fingerprints for several different fingers. -
Is the fingerprint sensor waterproof and fog-proof?
The padlock has an IP65 waterproof rating, similar to a standard mobile phone. For optimal fingerprint recognition, please ensure your fingers and the sensor remain dry during use. -
