What causes the battery to drain quickly?
Using different brands or mixing old and new batteries. Always use new batteries of the same brand. Ensure batteries are from formal channels. Confirm the batteries are installed with the correct polarity (+/-). While an indoor lock, check for any unusual moisture infiltration. -
How many administrators can be registered?
The first three registered users are set as administrators. For optimal management, it is recommended to register all three. -
Why does fingerprint verification fail immediately after successful registration?
After successfully registering a fingerprint, you must wait for the indicator light to turn off completely before attempting to unlock the lock. -
How do I delete all fingerprints?
Use the setting needle to press and hold the set button for 8 seconds until you hear a double beep and the LED lights blue. Release the button and press the sensor with a registered ADMIN fingerprint. A long beep and green LED confirms all fingerprint data has been deleted and the handle is reset. A red LED means the ADMIN fingerprint was not recognized; please try again. -
How do I add a new user fingerprint?
An ADMIN fingerprint is required to authorize new registrations. We recommend registering at least 3 fingerprints as a backup. Step 1: Use the setting needle (K) to press the set button once (located inside the handle end). You will hear one beep and see a blue LED. Step 2: Press the sensor with a registered ADMIN fingerprint. A long beep and green flashing LED (turning blue) indicates authorization is ready. A triple beep and LED off means authorization failed; restart from Step 1. Step 3: To register the new USER fingerprint, briefly place the finger on the sensor and remove it upon hearing a double beep. Repeat this "touch and remove" process three more times until the LED turns green, indicating successful registration. For best results, press your finger in slightly different positions each time. -
What should I do if fingerprint recognition is occasionally unsuccessful?
Ensure your finger and the sensor are clean. Place your finger correctly on the sensor and try multiple times. When registering, scan the same fingerprint from different angles, or register multiple fingerprints from different fingers. -
Is the fingerprint sensor waterproof and fog-proof?
No. The Breeze is designed as an indoor lock and does not feature waterproof or fog-proof capabilities. -
